How Do I Cancel the Monthly Connection/Implementation Group

First, log in to your profile.

You will find “My Products” in the middle of the page. Then click on the “Monthly Connection.”

Click on “Cancel Subscription.”

If you choose to cancel, it will take effect at renewal, and you will not be charged.
